Hello there,class,today i'm going to share what I have to eat in order to keep healty.Personally i would eat vegetables,fruits meat and rice to keep healthy.Well,my diet consist of MOSTLY non-oily food.For starters,fast food,oily food and fried food are unhealthy but they are delicious every once in awhile...Its important to eat healthy because the energy from the food we eat will be needed through out the day and eating unhealthy food will not fill up our stomachs...It will also make you fat!(Unfortunately thats what happened to me!)Heart failure and heart problems are the result of eating too much un healthy food.fruits and veggies are good for health as they provide fibre, nutrition and vitamins that helps the body to keep running!I like fruits such as the mango and papaya as they are really fleshy, juicy and sweet! I only like one vegetable which is the KANG KUNG for its spicy flavor.Definitely.Veggies and fruits are essential for keeping the body pumped up at all times!Instead of eating the fries at the cafeteria,they should buy the watermelons,pears and other assorted fruits from the first stall in our school cafe.Also instead of buying the noodles from stall 5 and asking for extra meat, they should ask for more veggies! This way their bodies will keep fit!This is all I can say for now,
